Building inclusive surveys for
As a qualitative research scientist investigating revitalizing communities I needed a survey tool that was affordable & can reach communities with less access to WiFi. That's where the idea for our product was born.
The digital divide has been abundantly clear to me throughout my career in market research and civic technology. As civic engagement and data collection have shifted from in-person to online, the economies of scale have left out the people needing most to be heard. Synergize addresses the digital divide with the innovative use of SMS data collection and public data sourcing. The insights gained through this platform give both a quantitative and qualitative view of communities living on the margins that other research methods cannot reach.
